AOZ Ventures (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates aozstore.com and is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.

Return Period

All customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return products for a full refund without providing any reason. This return period begins when you or someone you designate receives the products.

Returns initiated after 14 days but within 30 days of delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must meet all standard return conditions. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligible Items

Products eligible for return must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging (products may be opened for inspection but must be repackaged in original condition)
  • Complete with all accessories, documentation, and components
  • Free from damage not caused by manufacturing defects
  • Accompanied by original purchase receipt or order confirmation

Products may be opened for inspection but must be returned with original packaging intact, including all seals, labels, and protective materials. Torn packaging, removed seals, or missing labels may result in return rejection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health, safety, and practical reasons:

  • Products that have been used or tested beyond reasonable inspection
  • Digital products and downloadable content (due to immediate access upon purchase)
  • Personal hygiene items (for health and safety compliance)
  • Items specifically marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at time of purchase
  • Products damaged by customer misuse or normal wear

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within the applicable return period:
    • Email: sales@aozstore.com
    • Subject: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
    • Include: Order number, items to return, and reason for return
  2. Receive return authorization:
    • We will respond within 5 business days
    • Return authorization and RMA number will be provided via email
    • Returns cannot be processed without prior authorization
  3. Package and ship:
    • Use trackable shipping with approved carriers as specified in return authorization
    • Include RMA number clearly on package exterior
    • Insurance recommended for high-value returns
    • Customer responsible for return shipping damage

Shipping Responsibilities

Standard Returns (Perfect Condition):

  • Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Must use trackable shipping with designated carriers specified in return authorization

Defective Product Returns:

  • Return shipping costs reimbursed as store credit upon approval
  • We provide prepaid return labels for confirmed defective items

International Returns:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are customer responsibility for both original shipment and returns
  • Extended processing times may apply

Refund Processing

Refund Calculations:

  • Perfect condition items: Refund based on actual price paid, including any discounts applied
  • Defective items: Refund based on actual price paid
  • Bulk purchases: Original discount structure maintained for remaining items
  • Promotional items: Bundle promotions require return of complete set for full promotional refund

Processing Timeframes: Processing begins after we receive and inspect returned items:

  • US-issued cards: Up to 15-20 business days
  • International cards: Up to 45 business days
  • Store credit: 1-3 business days

Actual timing depends on your bank or card issuer. Weekends and holidays may extend processing time.

Warranty Coverage

All products include manufacturer warranty coverage with a minimum of 6 months unless otherwise specified. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use.

Warranty vs Returns:

  • Returns are for change of mind within the return period
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects beyond the return period

Warranty Process:

  • All warranty claims processed through AOZ Store via sales@aozstore.com
  • We coordinate with manufacturers and provide updates throughout the process
  • AOZ Store acts as facilitator – manufacturers remain primarily responsible for warranty obligations

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Environmental damage due to exposure to elements or adverse conditions
  • Impact damage from drops or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage from misuse or modification

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with Delaware law where AOZ Store is incorporated. Customers may have additional rights under their local laws.

Consumer Rights:

  • All customers retain standard consumer protection rights
  • Delaware residents are protected under Delaware consumer protection statutes
  • California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
  • International customers maintain rights provided by their local jurisdiction
